My first CD, "Songs of Praise" was released in 2001. The song, "Freedom Rings" from the CD was written as a result of the tragedies of September 11, 2001. The genre on this CD is mostly made up of praise and worship.
My second CD, "Mama's Grace" was released on April 22, 2004. Most of the songs were written during my moms seven month battle with cancer before she passed away on Easter Sunday of 2003. Out of all the songs the Lord has blessed me with "Mama's Grace" is without a doubt the song nearest and dearest to my heart.
The music on the Mama's Grace CD is mostly acoustic guitar with drums in a couple. The genre is Contemporary Christian. My third CD, "This Side of Heaven" was released on January 18, 2007. It has mostly a country style flavor. I do not stick to one type of music. That is why I happen to call myself an
"Eclectic Christian Music Singer / Songwriter" I am currently working on my fourth project entitled, "A Place Far Better" which is dedicated in loving memory of Patricia Ann Steely. A dear friend of 18 years who lost her life to cancer in 2007.
It is an awesome honor and privledge for the Lord to bless me with words from His very heart that serve as a testimony to His glory! It is my desire that He uses me as a vessel of His glory to reach all who will listen and respond to His heart's cry. There is a voice crying in the wilderness of each and every soul that has breath. There is a void that each one of us sences as we walk down the path of life. All of the voids and deperate cries for help can find comfort in the one who died on the cross and set us free. Jesus Christ is the hope for a lost and hurting world.
